A. Personal Information We Collect and How We Collect It
When you use any of the Services, Personal Information may be collected directly from you, automatically from your device, or from third parties, as described below.
1. Information You Provide to Us. Personal Information that you may provide to us through the Services (e.g., when you create a BLATACY account, register a device, make a purchase, review a product, or contact us), including:
Contact Data, such as your first and last name, e-mail address, billing and mailing address, title and company name, and phone number.
Demographic data, such as your date of birth and gender.
Account Data, such as the user ID and password you set up to create your BLATACY account, profile picture, and any other information you add to your account profile.
Communications Data, based on our communications with you, including when you contact us with questions or feedback or support/repair requests through the Services, social media or otherwise. For quality assurance purposes, we may record calls to our customer service agents.
Payment and Transaction Data, such as information related to or required to fulfill your order and /==& or make a payment on or through the Services (including payment card information and billing information) and your purchase history.
Marketing Data, such as your preferences for receiving our marketing communications and details about your interactions with them.
User-generated content data, such as profile pictures, photos, images, music, videos, comments, questions, messages, works of authorship, and other content or information that you generate, transmit, or otherwise make available on the Services as associated metadata. Metadata includes information about how, when, where, and by whom the content was collected and how that content was formatted or edited. Metadata also includes information that users can add or have added to their content, such as keywords, geographic or location information, and other similar data.
- Promotional and Survey Data, including information you share when you enter a contest, promotion or complete a survey. Please note that if you enter a sweepstakes, contest or prize through the Services, we may ask you for Contact Data in order to notify you if you win, verify your identity, determine your eligibility, and/or send you a prize. In some cases, we may require additional information as part of the entry process, such as prize selection. These sweepstakes and contests are voluntary. We encourage you to read the rules and other relevant information for each sweepstakes and contest you enter.
- Other data not specifically listed here will be used by us as described in this Privacy Policy or otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.
2. Third-party sources. We may combine the Personal Information we receive from you with Personal Information we obtain from other sources, including our corporate affiliates, and:
- Public sources, such as social media platforms and other publicly available sources.
- Private sources, such as data providers, social media platforms, data licensors, other marketing partners, and login services, such as social media services that you use to log in or otherwise link to your BLATACY account.
3. Automatic data collection. We, our service providers and our business partners may automatically record information about you, your computer or mobile device and your long-term interactions with the Services, our communications and other online services, such as:
- Device data, such as your computer or mobile device's operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g. phone, tablet), IP Address, unique identifiers (including UUIDs and identifiers used for advertising purposes), language settings, mobile device operator, caller ID, radio and network information (e.g. Wi-Fi, LTE, 3G), ad blocking information, network information , charging status, other log information, and general location information (such as city, state, or geographic area).
- Online activity data, such as the pages or screens you view, the time you spend on the page or screen, the website you visited before browsing the Service, the navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on the pages or screens Information, time and length of access, and whether you opened our emails or clicked on links within them.
- Precise geolocation data when you authorize the ThinQ application to access your mobile device location.
- Communication interaction data, such as your interactions with our emails, texts or other communications (e.g., whether you open and forward emails) – we may do this through the use of pixel tags (also known as clear GIFs), which Labels may be embedded in our emails.
- We may also collect the following information related to the Tuya or Smart Life App:
- Connected device details such as unique identifying values, model numbers, manufacturing numbers, software version information, information collected through device sensors, and geolocation information about your device.
- Audiovisual information. We may collect audio, electronic, visual or similar information, such as video recordings.
4. Cookies and similar technologies. Some of the automatic collection described above is facilitated by the following technologies:

We and our third-party chat providers may access and use information about webpages visited on our website, your IP address, your general geographic information (e.g., city, state), and other personal information you share through online chats for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Third Party Web Sites
This privacy policy applies solely to information collected via the Services. The Services may contain links to other web sites or services. Any information you provide to these third parties is subject to that third party’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other websites.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure security on our systems. However, no data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you understand that any information that you transfer to us is done at your own risk.
